To keep the winter months lively, we're excited to share our favourite mocktail recipes infused with seasonal flavours you love—think Rosemary, cranberry, orange, ginger, espresso, and more. Join us as we explore delicious, alcohol-free creations that capture the essence of the season.



Rose Merry Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ tsp Cloves
  • 1 Star Aniseed
  • 8 Rosemary Sprigs
  • 4 oz Cranberry Juice (We recommend Co-op Gold, available at our locations)
  • 2 oz Ginger Beer
  • Optional: Rosemary, Cranberries, and Crab Apple slice1 cup Water

Directions

For the rosemary-infused simple syrup: Add the sugar, water, and spices to a medium-sized saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Strain and let cool.

For the mocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, cranberry juice, and 1 ½ oz simple syrup. Shake until combined and chilled. Pour over a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish.



Orange Mint Mimosa

Ingredients

  • Mint Leaves
  • 1 cup Orange Juice (We recommend Co-op Gold, available in many of our locations)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Simple Syrup (View our favourite simple syrup recipe here)
  • ¼ Sparkling Water
  • Optional: Orange Slice

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves, and add orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake until combined and chilled. Strain into a tall glass and top with sparkling water. Optionally, garnish with a mint leaf and orange slice.



Spiced Pear Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ¾ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 oz Pear Nectar
  • 2 oz Ginger Beer

Directions

For the maple-infused simple syrup: Add the water, sugar, maple syrup, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon to a medium-sized saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, Strain and let cool.

For the mocktail: Add the pear nectar and a ½ oz of the simple syrup to a glass or copper mug filled with ice and top with ginger beer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Finger Fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 cups Cranberry Juice
  • 2 cups Orange Juice
  • 2 Limes - juiced
  • 4 cups Sparkling Water
  • Optional: Orange Slices, Cranberries, Cinnamon Sticks, Rosemary Sprigs

Directions

For the spiced syrup: Add ginger, fresh cranberries, cinnamon, sugar, and water to a medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves and bring down to a simmer for 10 minutes letting the cranberries pop and soften. Then, remove from heat and strain. Let cool completely.

For the mocktail: Add the juices, cooled spiced syrup, and sparkling water to a pitcher. Stir until combined, and garnish to your preference. Enjoy chilled.



Espresso Martini Mocktail

You have to admit, something about drinking your coffee out of a martini glass sounds more fun. View the original recipe here.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Espresso or Cold Brew
  • 1 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 oz Skim Milk

Directions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until combined and chilled. Pour into a martini glass and top with cocoa powder.
