• 2 oz Strawberry Gin
• 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
• ½ oz Lime Juice
• Soda Water

Directions

Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Top with gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, soda water, and stir to combine. Optionally, garnish with mint.

• 4 Sprigs of Mint
• 1/2 Simple Syrup
• ½ oz Lime Juice
• 2 oz White Rum
• 2 oz Grapefruit Soda

Directions

Muddle mint, simple syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add in ice and rum. Shake until combined and chilled. Strain into a Collins glass with ice and top with soda. Optionally, garnish with mint sprig.

• 1 Pack of Strawberries
• Champagne
• Sugar, to taste

Directions

Add strawberries to an air-sealed container. Pour over champagne until the strawberries are submerged. Refrigerate overnight. Drain excess champagne and coat in sugar. Serve immediately.

• 1.5 oz Tequila
• ½ oz White Chocolate Liqueur
• Strawberry Syrup
• Optional: White Chocolate Chips, Strawberries

Directions

Combine Tequila, White Chocolate Liqueur, and Strawberry Syrup to a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake until combined and chilled. Melt the white chocolate chips and dip the rim of the shot glass into the chocolate to create a rim. Pour the shot into the glass and add a strawberry to garnish.
