Ingredients:
- 3 mint leaves
- 1/2 oz simple syrup2 ounces white rum
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- Club soda
- Mint sprig for garnish
- Lime wedge for garnish
Directions:
Lightly muddle mint and simple syrup in a shaker. Add rum, lime juice and ice. Give a quick shake then strain in a glass with ice. Top up with club soda and add mint and lime to garnish.
Strawberry Basil Smash
The Strawberry Basil Smash combines sweet strawberries and aromatic basil for a refreshing, herbaceous twist on a fruity cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz strawberry syrup
- strawberries diced, for muddling and garnish
- fresh basil leaves for muddling and garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker combine gin, diced strawberries, and basil leaves. With a muddler gently crush the strawberries and basil leaves. Add lemon juice, strawberry syrup, and ice. Shake drink for 30 seconds or until chilled. Strain into highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with strawberries and mint then serve.
French 75
The French 75 is a classic cocktail that acts as a refresher, blending gin, champagne, lemon juice, and a touch of sweetness for a sparkling, citrusy sip.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Gin
- 1/2 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Sugar or 1/2 oz. simple syrup

Directions:

- 2 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz soda water
- 8-10 mint leaves
- Lime wedge for garnish
- Mint sprig for garnish
Directions:
Fill a wine glass with ice. Pour in St Germain and 8-10 mint leaves. Top with prosecco and soda water. Stir well and add a lime wedge and mint leave to garnish.
