Bloody Bramble

Ingredients
- 2 oz Dry Gin
- ½ oz Berry Liqueur (We recommend Chambord)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Red Food Colouring
- Optional: Fruit to Garnish
Directions
Add gin, lemon juice, and liqueur into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Separately, mix the simple syrup with a bit of red food colouring to create a bloodish look. Pour the syrup over the cocktail.
Garnish to your preference.
El Diablo
This devilishly delightful concoction is a must-try for any tequila lover.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Blackcurrant Liqueur (We recommend Crème de cassis)
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
Directions
Add the tequila, liqueur and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Mix and add to ice-filled tall glass. Top with ginger beer.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider
- 3/4 Cup Pomegranate Juice
- ½ Cup Brandy
- 1 bottle Red Wine
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 3-4 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Plum, sliced
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1 Orange, sliced
- Soda Water
Directions
Combine apple cider, pomegranate juice, brandy, red wine, and brown sugar syrup in a pitcher. Toss in cinnamon sticks and slices of seasonal fruit.
Stir the mixture thoroughly and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. For a spooky touch, you can choose to remove the fruit. When ready to serve, pour the chilled concoction into individual glasses over ice and finish with a splash of soda water.
Candy Corn Martini

- 2 oz Caramel Vodka
- ½ oz Grenadine
- ¾ oz Pineapple Juice(We recommend Co-op Gold Pineapple Juice, available in many of our locations).
- Ice
- Optional: Candy Corn
Directions
Chill a martini glass or coupe. Drop candy corn into the bottom of the glass.
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, caramel vodka, and grenadine. Shake to chill and strain over candy.Top with pineapple juice by pouring it down the back of a bar spoon to create a second layer.

Directions
