Apple Cider Mule Mocktail

Ingredients
- 8 oz Apple Cider
- 4 oz ginger beer (We recommend Co-op Gold PURE Ginger Beer)
- 2 oz tonic water
- 1 tbsp caramel drizzle
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Optional: apple slices; for garnish
Directions
Place ice in a copper mug or glass of choice.
Add the apple cider, ginger beer, and tonic water.
Drizzle the caramel on top and stir with a cinnamon stick and garnish with apple slices.
Autumn Immunity Mocktail

Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 2 (1-inch knobs) ginger1 small knob of turmeric
- 3 cups water
- Maple syrup to taste
- club soda
- ice
- lemon & chili flakes for the rim
Directions
Blend orange, ginger, turmeric and water in a high-speed blender. Filter pulp with a cheesecloth (you’ll want to wear gloves so you don’t stain your hands with turmeric). Add maple syrup to taste and mix. Pour the drink over ice and top off with club soda.
Optional: glide lemon slice over the glass rim and dip in chili flakes.
The Autumn Fizz

Ingredients
- Sparkling Apple Cider
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- Juice of 1/4 orange
- 1 tsp organic honey
- Small piece of grated fresh ginger
- Orange and lemon peel to garnish
Directions
Add all the ingredients except your sparkling cider to a tumbler or cocktail shaker. Ensure all are well mixed before adding ice. Finally, top it up with sparkling cider and garnish with the orange and lemon peels.
