Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2-oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz espresso, freshly brewed
- 1/4-oz simple syrup
- Garnish: coffee beans
Directions:
Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
Shaft
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ ounces Kahlua
- ½ oz milk, preferably skim or low-fat
- 2 ½ oz chilled espresso
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to combine. Pour into a highball glass and serve.
Spicy Cowgirl
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 oz vanilla syrup
- 6 oz cold brew coffee
- 4 oz whole milk
- 1 oz chile syrup (such as Pink House Alchemy)
- 1 oz chocolate syrup
- Ice
- Cinnamon, for garnishing
- Cayenne pepper, for garnishing
Directions:
Whisk heavy cream with vanilla syrup until soft peaks form; set aside. In a cocktail shaker, combine cold brew coffee, whole milk, chile syrup, chocolate syrup, and some ice. Shake until frothy. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with vanilla whipped cream. Dust with cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
Black Russian
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Kahlúa
Directions:
Add vodka and Kahlúa into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a glass over ice.
Pick Me Up
Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
2 oz Leftover Coffee or Espresso - chilled or room temp
1/4 oz Chocolate Sauce
1/8 tsp Vanilla
pinch Cinnamon
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill the rest of the way with ice. Grab a chilled martini glass and drizzle the inside with a little chocolate sauce. Strain your shaker into the glass and serve!
